What are some regular summertime drinks and snacks that you keep in your home for you and the kids?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I use Juicy Juice and make frozen juice pops for Belle. I also make coffee concentrate with out Toddy Coldbrew system for Joe to make iced coffee. Since we lived in Georgia for almost 4 years, we grew to love "Sweet Tea" so I now make sweet tea on a regular basis in a large jug.
I also tend to buy more locally grown fruits and veggies in the summer because they hold up to the heat bit better than others.
We just buy more berries since they are cheap!
I give Matt ice cubes to suck on in those mesh feeders and he loves it. And we grill a lot!
I do watered down juice for popsicles for the kids, and lots of lots of fresh fruit. I'm a huge sweet tea fan (and miss GA :( ) but I'll also do sun tea with fresh fruit. Delicious!
Sometimes we get those otter pop type deals.
I saw a commercial the other day for a yogurt treat I wanna try with the boys, think they'll love it.
Basically it was taking a yogurt cup and sticking a plastic fork/spoon in it then freezing it and once thats done you pull the frozen "pop" out of the cup and lick away.
This might sound dumb but what is sun tea? :blush:
Water and tea bags put into a jug and set in direct sunlight for hours. The tea slowly seeps out due to the heat from the sun.
I'm sure we'll be grilling a lot once we finally buy a grill. :hehe: I've never owned a grill, so I'm really excited to try it out this summer!
Other than that, we will always have fresh fruits on hand. Aiden could eat his body weight in fruit, so that's gotta be a staple around here.
I wish DH was more into things like pies and shortcake 'cause I'd love to make those. :drool:
