DH was playing with Matt outside last night and Matthew went running for his giant red ball. DH was so upset and still can't get over it.

He face planted right on the pavement  Here is a pic of his little scuffed up nosey.

Poor Matt!

Duncan fell down our concrete steps a couple days ago on my watch - he was trying to help me by carrying our overstuffed diaper bag. I still feel a guilty pang when I see his poor little head.

He cried for a little bit but got over it. His head is a bit bruised too and it looks worse today than it did last night. I think DH was more traumatized than him :hehe:

Aw. :hugs: He'll be okay! LOL, harder on Daddy than it is on Matt. Andrew was 16 months when he fell out of his high chair (I was at work) and landed on the ceramic tile. He had a big goose-egg on his head and DH felt so bad, but the little guy was okay! He just cried after it happened, more so because he was scared.

Isabella rolled off the couch a couple of days ago... and by rolled off the couch I mean olympic gold medal standard "head over feet in the middle of the air" type thing. It's hard comforting a screaming toddler while trying not to bust a gut laughing. I felt so bad but it was so funny how it happened.

Poor little guy!

I swear they're always getting hurt. Always. If it's not one thing it's another. Bumping their head, banging their knee, tripping over something, it's never ending!

DH said child services is going to come after us one day because I don't think there is one spot on this child that isn't bruised or scraped

Bah..I used to worry about what "people" would think because Ava always has bruises all over from just playing rough and being a clumsy toddler.

But then when you go to the park or wherever, you see all the other kids have bruises and scrapes too...then you realize that your kid isn't the only clumsy one.:hehe:
