I go back to the midwife on Thurs and hopefully get the all clear to run. I'm still not allowed. But I actually think it's getting better finally... it doesn't sting like crazy when I pee anymore.

Oh, and it's a triathlon in ATL, which means I need to sit my torn up butt on a bike seat. The thought makes me nauseous. It needs to be 100% before any bike riding happens, that's for sure.
