Just curious...what kind and/or brand do you girls use? Have you had bad experience with a certain kind?

We loved Pampers Swaddlers, so when he grew out of the largest size they carried we automatically went to Pampers Cruisers. This week I had a coupon for Huggies and they were on sale, so I thought..what the heck..I'll give them another try. They are different, but I don't know yet which one I prefer.

I don't really have a preference. I use to prefer Huggies, but lately I don't really care. MIL is always buying whatever is on sale from amazon.com, so right now we have Luv's. I don't mind them during the day, but they SUCK at night. So Dh asked her where she'd gotten the overnight diapers (I think they were Huggies) that she's bought us once or twice, and she said Amazon.com and that she'd order us some. I'll take the free diapers anytime I can! But usually if I'm buying, it's Pampers or Huggies.

We always preferred Huggies with Tyler, so we are using those with Lily too. As Tyler got a bit bigger, before he was potty-trained, we also used Huggies overnights at night. He was such a good sleeper so those were great!

Charlie wears Seventh Generation because he has a sensitive bottom and got a horrible horrible rash from Pampers. I can't wait until we don't have to buy them anymore, but we'll see.

We started with Huggies when Ben was a newborn until I tried a Pampers Swaddler that I got as a sample. It was so much softer than the Huggies that we switched and have stayed with Pampers since. We use Cruisers now and haven't had any problems.

We have always stuck with pampers. Started with the swaddlers which I love, now we use the cruisers.

Huggies were ok but seemed bulky.

Luvs sucked. Lots of blowouts, and they were rough.

I'm cheap and buy Walgreens brand diapers. We get them on sale for 2.50 for a bag of 35. So far we haven't had a blow out. For some reason Matthew blows through pampers. Go figure.

Jo, it all depends on the baby. Different brands fit different kids. I've read of people who swear by Huggies and others who hate them because they've had nothing but problems. Some people complain about Pampers and their baby getting little gel bits all over their 'parts' and in the almost 2 years we've been using them it's happened only once and that was my fault because I forgot to change his diaper.

I think they need to make Swaddlers for bigger sizes!

We loved Pampers. I have tried Luvs because they were cheaper and HATED them! Huggies always fit Conner weird when he was little and I have thought about trying them but they are the same price as Pampers Cruises (which we love) so I figure why change.

In the beginning we preferred pampers swaddlers, but the older he got the more I grew to like huggies! Now we buy which ever is on sale at the time, pampers or huggies :)

I've loved pamper swaddlers since day 1...I think I'll be sad when Shane out grows them. He is in 1-2 right now.

I tend not to try out everything, so I'm not totally experienced with all diaper brands. I basically buy what's cheap and if it works, it sticks. Unfortunately, the generic brands of diapers have never worked for us (Leaving red spots, getting crystals from too much pee, or exploding into a ****-storm!). I have settled on Pampers Swaddlers for the newborns, and then we switch to Huggies upon reaching size 2. After that, we continue with Huggies.

I loved Pampers and used them when I received them as gifts. They're super soft. WE use Luvs when I'm buying because they are cheapest and we've never had problems with them.

I hated Huggies. They were always crunchy, didn't really feel thick, and my kids always managed to leak out of them.

My kids have sensitive skin and if I buy store brand generics, they end up with an allergic reaction rash.
