So I was just talking to my grandmother and she said she was talking to a lady today (I have no idea who this woman is but apparently I'd know her if I saw her...) and my grandmother was telling her that I am expecting a boy.

I guess this woman got all excited and told her that "The big guy upstairs must be looking out for her[me] because little boys are just the best. They're so gentle, and never break things"

NEVER BREAK THINGS and ARE GENTLE

I don't have a boy yet and even I know that's bull**** :hehe:

Well, I know that Brendon is definitely much more Mild than Alice but uh... I don't think that's typical!

My girls are definitely more like that than my boys ever were! That's just my experience though. My girls are rowdy, rough and break things! :hehe:

Maybe she was being sarcastic :hehe:

Which is rude, because basically she was saying God hates you. :look:

Wow! Not in this house. When my nephew comes over, he drives us all crazy! He's soooo wild.

My girls are dramatic, but not crazy wild.

Oh my girls are dramatic too! They are the wild children around here though. The boys are much more mellow and low-key. The girls are just an all around hot mess!

My nephew, Orion, was always such a sweetie. But Mike's nephews are all nuts! The difference there, I think, is that there were always more females around Orion and Mike's family is full of males. Or maybe it's because I did daycare for Orion and I just turn little boys into docile sweethearts . Kidding there.

That woman is crazy! :p Talon has been a hyperactive child since he was born. Bored easily and constantly moving from one thing to the next. On the other hand he can be so sweet and loving (but in short bursts of course :hehe:) He loves his Daddy, but he is a total Mama's boy.

I never knew I wanted a boy until I had one. ;) It's awesome! You are going to be just fine and it will be so great to experience both genders. I would love to be able to do that and have a girl next. ;)

Oh my boys break everything:rolleyes:and out of all the little boys they play with mine are the mildest. But on the other hand Ds#2 is one of the sweetest most loving kids I have ever known and it's well worth the trade off:heart:. My other two are very sweet also, but they aren't as much momma's boys as Ds#2. Sure they are super messy, loud, and rowdy but having sweet little boys is one of the best things in life;)

THIS, exactly. I wanted a girl soooo bad when I was pregnant with Cash & was so scared of what will I do with a boy? Well when I got him, I was so delighted that I honestly would have chosen to have a second boy if I'd had to pick the gender of my second child. Obviously I'm happy I have Daisy, but yeah, you never saw such a quick turnaround from "OMG I'm scared of having a boy, I want a girl" to "BRING ON THE BLUE STUFF!"

Oh Matt is a total Mama's boy. I left him with my mom in TJ Maxx today so I could use the bathroom and I came out to find his face all red from screaming for me :hehe: :lovey:
