Yeast infection?

Cash keeps scratching his butt and saying it itches. I was putting Dermoplast spray and/or neosporin on it but he's scratched it so much that now it hurts in addition to itching and it seems to be driving him crazy. It's all dark red in his crack...could it be a yeast infection?

Yea. :( Those are itchy rashes. Aidan gets them and we use the Monistat cream (doc said ok). After a couple of days, it's gone. But the itch is gone instantly.

I put some generic monistat on him & he seems to be clawing at it less. Poor kid.

He's gone from waking up dry every morning to soaking through his pull up halfway through the night and waking me up to change him, then waking up soaked again in the am, so I bet being wet and soggy is causing it.

OMG! Aidan has been doing that lately too. I'm glad she's staying hydrated but GEEEZ we've had to wash her sheets and our sheets 3 times this week!

Glad he's less itchy. Poor guy. Those rashes suck. Aidan gets little yeast pimples sometimes :( Poor kids.
