Lily actually took a nap today, in her crib, by herself. She made it a little over an hour. I peeked in on her, and lilbunny had rolled onto her tummy. That seems to be the magic cure. Everywhere I have read says that if they can do it on their own to let them be so I'm going to try not to freak too much. She's in our room at night, so that should help me not freak out too much. She's actually asleep on her back right now, let's see how long it lasts!! Hopefully we're making progress here..

WOOHOO!!! :cheer:

Ben was a tummy sleeper too. I freaked out the first few times but eventually gave up worrying as he was sleeping soundly. Besides, there was nothing I could do to keep him on his back. Within minutes of me putting him on his back he'd roll over...

Aww!! Eli was a tummy sleeper too! It wasn't till he started rolling on his tummy that he started sleeping better. I hope she keeps it up for you!

I'm wondering if this is our problem also! Matt hates being on his back. He's a side sleeper with his face smooshed into the pillow  I make sure he can breathe and then maneuver him so hes' not suffocating and then we sleep. I'm wondering if I should just put him on his belly.

Yay for a nap!!:hula:

:hula: for naps! Get them however you can. I figure if they have to nap on their tummy then let them. At least for naps you can check on them more. Will used to sleep in his crib during the day but in our room at night and never had a problem.

This is what we are doing, at least for now. It's just easier having her in with us, especially having two kids.. We did get one good nap in today, I think we're on to something!
