tested for the swine flu today :blush:

I am still sick as a dog and last night I had the chills and a fever of 100.7 before I conked out. So today I go in and get tested. I'm a big baby when I'm sick.

So...I got swabbed for the flu and then if that's positive they'll test for swine flu.

Joy. And if it is the flu she said it's a mild case and there's no point in staying away from the baby because if he's gonna get it he already has it!

It isn't a sinus infection and it isn't allergies. I guess I'm just crappy.

As useless as this is about to sound, think of the antibodies you're giving to Matthew! You may be sick as a dog but you're body is fighting it off and sending those antibodies to your son to help build his immune system. :twothumbs: (just trying to think positive, ya know? :hehe:)

That's what the doctor said to me! Made me feel better that he might not get it.

Another great bonus to him breastfeeding. You are giving him antibodies and if you both have the flu hopefully it stays mild and you both get better quickly. I hope the tests come back negative and you're feeling better VERY soon!
