Diaper Rash!

My poor guy hasn't had a rash in forever!!! Yesterday he started taking these stealth poops. No smell, no effort, kinda watery, but not really. The poop has left his bottom flaming red! DH made the mistake of putting Desitin on Charlie's bottom which isn't good because of his sensitive skin. It's caused some of his bottom to become more red and some skin to peel off!:-( Charlie cries so hard at every change now and he keeps pooping the stealth poops so it's no help to the cause.

Oh no poor guy! I've heard a lot about letting them soak in a bath with baking soda? Conner really has never had bad rashes so I'm not much help there.

Poor guy! Not sure if you cloth diaper or have any around, but the one or two times when Duncan got a bad rash, we would just exclusively cloth diaper. It REALLY helps, and he would be back to normal in just a few days. The cloth diaper people also recommended triple cream.

Poor little guy! I don't know any other ideas than what Cindy and Patty mentioned. I just know how bad it sucks for them to fear a diaper change.

Poor Little Guy! He always had the worst diaper rashes. Hope it clears up soon!

Hope it clears up real quick for him. Maybe rub some plain yogurt on his butt.

Poor fella. Connor used to get super bad ones cuz of the diaper brand we used. He could only tolerate one brand the others made his bum bleed and look burned.

I found that letting them air out and putting nothing on it made the rashes go away faster so thats what Ive done with all of them since Connor.
