Tinted Moisturizer

Do you have one you recommend? I'm trying to be better about living the house not looking like a total slob and I think having some tinted moisturizer would help me.

What's the bare minimum amount of make-up you'll leave the house in?

I like Neutrogena's Healthy Skin Enhancer

I'm a make up girl, I wear tinted moisturizer or mineral powder, blush, undereye concealer, eyeshadow, mascara and lipgloss pretty much every day. I may not brush my hair, but my face is done!

okay Lily, what's the difference between concealer and foundation?
You can be makeup guru.

I probably should be, I used to run my whole own "Bunnygirly" make up/skincare blog/community, I did virtual makeovers for all the members, it was fun

Anyhow, foundation is a lighter all-over "base" for the rest of your make up, its function is to really make your skin a uniform tone & give you an even "canvas" to apply the rest of your make-up to. Concealer is heavier and designed to cover up specific problems, like you'd put it on a zit or hickey to conceal it. Under-eye concealer is specifically to cover one's dark circles, many of them have light-reflecting particles to brighten your eye area and/or products to reduce puffiness if you're like me and have bags from lack of sleep.

I use Sonia Kashuk (available at Target, $15 for a bottle, I think), fair shade. It works. It makes my face feel good. As a bonus, Liz says, "It makes your face look normal colored, Mom!"

Normal colored or not, I leave the house in bare face more often than not.

I almost never wear makeup. I do if I'm going to court or a deposition, but if I'm just going to the office, I don't bother. And I do if I'm going out at night.

When I am working, I wear make up. I'm fair skinned, and have never been able to find a foundation/tinted moisterizer that works for my skin tone. I usually buy an oil-free moisterizer and foundation, and just mix them together when it use it.

I'm a makeup girl. I use Pur Minerals, so I use the all over face powder, blush and mascara on a daily basis.
